Our laundry shop at 8 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai is just 0.3 km from Virgo. This hotel sits on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai itself — the same street as our shop at number 8. No turn to make, no detour onto Tran Phu: one row of buildings, just a different street number. Our staff reach your lobby within 30 minutes.

On the map, the direct distance is just over 220 metres, running west — one row back from the seafront. Because the hotel shares a street with us, you are already pointed the right way the moment you step out of the lobby; nobody needs directions. Plenty of guests here carry their own bag over, under three minutes on foot.

Our staff arrives at the Virgo lobby and will message you to bring your laundry down (we’re not allowed onto guest floors). You can also leave your laundry bag with the front desk if the hotel permits, and we’ll collect it from there.

3. We Wash, Dry, Fold Professionally

4. Same-Day Delivery Back to You

Most orders are delivered back to Virgo the same day. Orders placed before noon usually return by 5 PM.

Good to Know at Virgo

The front desk here will not hold laundry, which means you and our driver have to meet in the lobby. Agree a window with us on Zalo/WhatsApp and come down for it — no need to keep an eye out. Or skip the appointment altogether: our shop sits on the same street as the hotel, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, so a fair number of guests simply bring the bag to the counter themselves. Orders here usually run 5-7 kg, around 90,000-120,000 VND.

Hotels usually charge per item — every shirt, every pair of trousers has its own line, with a service charge and tax on top. We charge by weight: a 5 kg bag is 90,000 VND, however many pieces are inside.

Q: Does the Virgo front desk know about your service?

A: Many Nha Trang hotel front desks are familiar with our service. You can ask them to call us, or reach us directly via Zalo/WhatsApp/KakaoTalk — usually faster.

Q: I have an early flight. Can you handle same-day service?

A: Message us before 11 AM and you’ll get your laundry back before 6 PM the same day. There’s no “express tier” that costs extra — every order gets the same 2-4 hour wash-and-dry. Just tell us you’re in a hurry and we’ll move your order up the queue, at no extra charge.

Q: Can I pay in USD or with a credit card?

A: We accept cash (VND or USD), bank transfer, and Momo. For larger orders, bank transfer in advance is preferred. We don’t accept credit cards at this time.

Q: Can my whites be washed separately?

A: Yes, we can wash whites separately upon request. Note that a separate whites wash is billed as 2 wash loads.

Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: No minimum. Single items are welcome.
