How Close Are We?

Our laundry shop at 8 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai is just 0.5 km from Vinpearl Empire by Meliá. The hotel is over on Hung Vuong, one block back from the beachfront, which is why unfamiliar drivers often overshoot onto Tran Phu and have to loop around. We run this route daily — 15-25 minutes to your door. Just message us the hotel name and your room number.

About 450 metres north of the shop, and set one row back from the beachfront road — the Hung Vuong pocket. Because it sits inland, the actual ride loops a little wider than the straight-line figure, which still works out at two or three minutes on a motorbike.

Q: I have an early flight. Can you handle same-day service?

A: Message us before 11 AM and you’ll get your laundry back before 6 PM the same day. There’s no “express tier” that costs extra — every order gets the same 2-4 hour wash-and-dry. Just tell us you’re in a hurry and we’ll move your order up the queue, at no extra charge.

Q: Can I pay in USD or with a credit card?

A: We accept cash (VND or USD), bank transfer, and Momo. For larger orders, bank transfer in advance is preferred. We don’t accept credit cards at this time.

Q: Can my whites be washed separately?

A: Yes, we can wash whites separately upon request. Note that a separate whites wash is billed as 2 wash loads.

Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: No minimum. Single items are welcome.
