How Close Are We?

Our laundry shop at 8 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai is just 1.1 km from Diamond Bay. From the shop it’s a straight run north along Tran Phu, past 2 Thang 4 Square and the Tram Huong Tower. Traffic only bunches up during the evening rush, so our driver is usually at your lobby 20-30 minutes after you message.

Of the hotels around the shop this is the farthest out: about 1,070 metres north taken straight off the map. The 1.1 km quoted above is road length, so the two figures sit close together without being the same number. Too far to walk, but only five or six minutes on a motorbike. Still the North Tran Phu group, just at the far end of it.

4. Same-Day Delivery Back to You

Most orders are delivered back to Diamond Bay the same day. Orders placed before noon usually return by 5 PM.

Hotels usually charge per item — every shirt, every pair of trousers has its own line, with a service charge and tax on top. We charge by weight: a 5 kg bag is 90,000 VND, however many pieces are inside.

Q: Does the Diamond Bay front desk know about your service?

A: Many Nha Trang hotel front desks are familiar with our service. You can ask them to call us, or reach us directly via Zalo/WhatsApp/KakaoTalk — usually faster.

Q: I have an early flight. Can you handle same-day service?

A: Message us before 11 AM and you’ll get your laundry back before 6 PM the same day. There’s no “express tier” that costs extra — every order gets the same 2-4 hour wash-and-dry. Just tell us you’re in a hurry and we’ll move your order up the queue, at no extra charge.

Q: Can I pay in USD or with a credit card?

A: We accept cash (VND or USD), bank transfer, and Momo. For larger orders, bank transfer in advance is preferred. We don’t accept credit cards at this time.

Q: Can my whites be washed separately?

A: Yes, we can wash whites separately upon request. Note that a separate whites wash is billed as 2 wash loads.

Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: No minimum. Single items are welcome.
