How Close Are We?

Our laundry shop at 8 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai is just 0.3 km from Regalia Gold. This hotel sits on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai itself — the same street as our shop at number 8. No turn to make, no detour onto Tran Phu: one row of buildings, just a different street number. Our staff reach your lobby within 30 minutes.

Look west from the shop and the hotel is about 250 metres back from the seafront — that is the straight-line reading, not the length of any road. The stretch is so short that the 0.3 km quoted above lands almost on top of it. If you bring the bag yourself it is a three or four minute walk, without a single junction to cross.

How It Works — 4 Simple Steps

1. Message Us on Zalo/WhatsApp/KakaoTalk

Send us a message at +84 812 397 666 with your name and Regalia Gold room number. A quick photo helps but isn’t required.

2. We Pick Up — Within 30 Minutes

Our staff arrives at the Regalia Gold lobby and will message you to bring your laundry down (we’re not allowed onto guest floors). You can also leave your laundry bag with the front desk if the hotel permits, and we’ll collect it from there.

3. We Wash, Dry, Fold Professionally

• Standard wash & dry: 2-4 hours
• Sneaker cleaning: about 24 hours
• We separate colors and use premium detergent

4. Same-Day Delivery Back to You

Most orders are delivered back to Regalia Gold the same day. Orders placed before noon usually return by 5 PM.

Good to Know at Regalia Gold

Pickup is in the lobby, but the front desk here does not hold bags — you need to be downstairs when our staff arrive. So message us on Zalo/WhatsApp to fix a time first, and we come within the slot you pick. Orders here usually run 5-7 kg, around 90,000-120,000 VND.

Pricing for Regalia Gold Guests

Hotels usually charge per item — every shirt, every pair of trousers has its own line, with a service charge and tax on top. We charge by weight: a 5 kg bag is 90,000 VND, however many pieces are inside.

• Wash & dry up to 3 kg: 60,000 VND
• Wash & dry up to 5 kg: 90,000 VND
• Wash & dry up to 7 kg: 120,000 VND
• Wash & dry over 7 kg: 18,000 VND/kg
• Ironing: 20,000 VND/pcs
• Sneaker cleaning: 70,000 VND/pair

The price above covers one wash load. If you want whites or delicate items washed separately, tell us when you hand over the bag — each extra load is charged as its own order at the same rates.

Delivery from Regalia Gold: 30,000 VND (round trip — covers both pickup and delivery)

FAQ for Regalia Gold Guests

Q: Does the Regalia Gold front desk know about your service?

A: Many Nha Trang hotel front desks are familiar with our service. You can ask them to call us, or reach us directly via Zalo/WhatsApp/KakaoTalk — usually faster.

Q: I have an early flight. Can you handle same-day service?

A: Message us before 11 AM and you’ll get your laundry back before 6 PM the same day. There’s no “express tier” that costs extra — every order gets the same 2-4 hour wash-and-dry. Just tell us you’re in a hurry and we’ll move your order up the queue, at no extra charge.

Q: How can I pay?

A: Cash or bank transfer. You can pay when you hand over the bag or when you collect it.

Q: Can my whites be washed separately?

A: Yes, we can wash whites separately upon request. Note that a separate whites wash is billed as 2 wash loads.

Q: What if I only have a few items?

A: The lowest tier is up to 3 kg at 60,000 VND. A lighter bag is still charged at that tier, because each order runs as its own wash load.
