Q: What if I need same-day service for an early flight?

A: Message us before 11 AM for guaranteed same-day return by 6 PM. For urgent items, our 2-hour express service is available.

Q: Can I pay in USD or with a credit card?

A: We accept cash (VND or USD), bank transfer, and Momo. For larger orders, bank transfer in advance is preferred. We currently don’t accept credit cards.

Q: What about delicate fabrics like silk or wool?

A: We handle all fabrics professionally. Just mention “delicate” when sending items — we’ll dry clean instead of machine wash.

Q: Is there a minimum order?
