What Guests Say

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “Good place, can’t complain. Price is fair considering that they give you back the clothes as soon as it’s ready. Better to separate clothes by bags how you want them to be washed (by colours mainly). Clothes were folded nicely and even warm when we received them!”

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “Great laundry service dropped off about 11am and recieved clean, dry and folded laundry by 4pm. Very nice ladies.”

FAQ for Liberty Central Guests

Q: Does Liberty Central concierge work with you?

A: Many Nha Trang hotel concierges know our service. You can ask them to call us, or just contact us directly via WhatsApp — it’s often faster.

Q: What if I need same-day service for an early flight?

A: Message us before 11 AM and you’ll get your laundry back before 6 PM the same day. There’s no “express tier” that costs extra — every order gets the same 2-4 hour wash-and-dry. Just tell us you’re in a hurry and we’ll move your order up the queue, at no extra charge.

Q: How can I pay?

A: Cash or bank transfer. You can pay when you hand over the bag or when you collect it.

Q: What about delicate fabrics like silk or wool?

A: We handle all fabrics professionally. Just mention “delicate” when sending items — we’ll dry clean instead of machine wash.

Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: No minimum. Even single items are welcome.
