How Close Are We?

Our laundry shop at 8 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai is just 0.7 km from Havana. The hotel sits on the stretch of Tran Phu that crosses Nguyen Thi Minh Khai — the same block as our shop. It’s close enough that plenty of guests just walk their bag over; if you’d rather we came to you, someone is in your lobby within 30 minutes.

Half a kilometre north as the crow flies, still on the central stretch of Tran Phu. Our rider needs about three minutes on a clear road, four or five in the evening crush. You can walk it if the sun does not bother you, though with a heavy bag it is easier to let us come and collect.

How It Works — 4 Simple Steps

1. Message Us on Zalo/WhatsApp/KakaoTalk

Send us a message at +84 812 397 666 with your name and Havana room number. A quick photo helps but isn’t required.

2. We Pick Up — Within 30 Minutes

Our staff arrives at the Havana lobby and will message you to bring your laundry down (we’re not allowed onto guest floors). You can also leave your laundry bag with the front desk if the hotel permits, and we’ll collect it from there.

3. We Wash, Dry, Fold Professionally

• Standard wash & dry: 2-4 hours
• Sneaker cleaning: about 24 hours
• We separate colors and use premium detergent

4. Same-Day Delivery Back to You

Most orders are delivered back to Havana the same day. Orders placed before noon usually return by 5 PM.

Good to Know at Havana

Pickup happens in the lobby. You are welcome to ask the front desk to hold your bag — if they agree, leave it at the counter and head out, and our staff collect it later with no waiting on your side. If they would rather not, just message us to agree on a time slot and come down then. Orders from this hotel usually come to 5-7 kg, which works out to roughly 90,000-120,000 VND on the price list below.

Pricing for Havana Guests

Hotels usually charge per item — every shirt, every pair of trousers has its own line, with a service charge and tax on top. We charge by weight: a 5 kg bag is 90,000 VND, however many pieces are inside.

• Wash & dry up to 3 kg: 60,000 VND
• Wash & dry up to 5 kg: 90,000 VND
• Wash & dry up to 7 kg: 120,000 VND
• Wash & dry over 7 kg: 18,000 VND/kg
• Ironing: 20,000 VND/pcs
• Sneaker cleaning: 70,000 VND/pair

The price above covers one wash load. If you want whites or delicate items washed separately, tell us when you hand over the bag — each extra load is charged as its own order at the same rates.

Delivery from Havana: 30,000 VND (round trip — covers both pickup and delivery)

FAQ for Havana Guests

Q: Does the Havana front desk know about your service?

A: Many Nha Trang hotel front desks are familiar with our service. You can ask them to call us, or reach us directly via Zalo/WhatsApp/KakaoTalk — usually faster.

Q: I have an early flight. Can you handle same-day service?

A: Message us before 11 AM and you’ll get your laundry back before 6 PM the same day. There’s no “express tier” that costs extra — every order gets the same 2-4 hour wash-and-dry. Just tell us you’re in a hurry and we’ll move your order up the queue, at no extra charge.

Q: How can I pay?

A: Cash or bank transfer. You can pay when you hand over the bag or when you collect it.

Q: Can my whites be washed separately?

A: Yes, we can wash whites separately upon request. Note that a separate whites wash is billed as 2 wash loads.

Q: What if I only have a few items?

A: The lowest tier is up to 3 kg at 60,000 VND. A lighter bag is still charged at that tier, because each order runs as its own wash load.
