Wash & dry by weight

Most people pick this because it is simple: hand over the whole bag, come back at the agreed time and collect it clean and folded. Dry laundry is weighed as you drop it off; if it is wet, we weigh it after washing and drying.

Tiers are inclusive, so a 4.2 kg bag still falls under the up-to-5-kg price.

Worth knowing up front: the price above covers one wash load, meaning the whole bag goes in together. If you want whites, darks or anything likely to bleed washed separately, tell us at drop-off — each extra load is charged as its own order at these same rates.

How long does it take?

The shop is called 2H because two hours is the fastest we manage. But honestly, it is not always two hours — it depends on how much laundry there is and how busy the shop is at that moment.

Under 5 kg, dropped at the shop, at a quiet hour is usually about two hours. The quietest time is weekday mornings, when machines are still free.

Busy hours — evenings, weekends and peak tourist season — the machines run non-stop, so your load waits its turn. That is usually three to four hours. Staff give you an exact time when they take the bag, so you are not left guessing.

Over 5 kg is split across several wash and dry cycles, so it takes a little longer.

With pickup and delivery, add the travel time both ways. If you are in a hurry and near the shop, bringing it in yourself is still the fastest route.

If you have a hard deadline — a flight, a checkout time — say so when you book. We move those orders up the queue, and if we cannot make it we tell you upfront rather than taking the job and leaving you waiting.

Ironing

For clothes that need to look pressed when you get them back: shirts, trousers, dresses, office wear. Charged per item rather than by weight, 20,000 VND each.

Two ways to use it. If the clothes are already clean and just need pressing, send them on their own — usually faster, since we skip the wash cycle. If they need washing, add ironing to a wash order for the pieces that should look crisp; the rest comes back folded as usual.

This suits long-stay guests in apartments that have a washing machine but no iron.

Sneaker cleaning

70,000 VND a pair. We take canvas shoes, trainers and sneakers. They are cleaned by hand on the sole and upper, not thrown into a washing machine with clothes.

Shoes take far longer to dry than clothes, so there is no two-hour option here. Usually same day or the next, depending on the weather and the shoe.

Leather, suede and glued shoes we look at in person before accepting, so we do not ruin them.

Soft toys

We take teddy bears and stuffed animals, charged by weight like a normal wash. Large ones take a very long time to dry, so it can be a few hours or a few days.

Toys with electronics inside, a music box or glued-on plastic eyes should be shown to staff first — some can be washed, some cannot.

Dry cleaning

We take suits, jackets and anything that needs to keep its shape. For valuable pieces or unusual fabrics, bring them in and decide after staff have had a look.

Blankets, bed sheets and curtains

Charged by weight but on their own rates, higher than clothes because heavy items need a different wash and dry cycle.

Minimum 60,000 VND per order in this group, even if the load weighs less than that.

Thick blankets and large curtains take a long time to dry, so they usually come back the same day or the next — not within the 2–4 hour window.

Curtains with rails, metal hooks or a rubber backing should be shown to staff first. Some can go in a machine, some cannot, and ruining a curtain costs far more than the wash.

Linen for spas, restaurants and homestays

We take recurring orders for spas, restaurants and homestays in Nha Trang: bath towels, face towels, tablecloths, uniforms. Volume and collection schedule are agreed weekly or daily, whichever suits you.

What we do not do

Saying it upfront so you do not make the trip for nothing:

• No self-service machines. Coin laundromats of the kind common in Europe or Korea barely exist in Nha Trang. Here people drop laundry off by weight and collect it folded.
• No drop-offs after 22:00. The shop is open 07:00–22:00 daily.
• We do not separate whites from colours by default. The listed price is for one mixed load. We can split them, but you have to ask and it costs extra.
• No stain treatment. We wash and dry by machine as normal; there is no separate spot-treatment step for individual stains.

Pickup and delivery

We collect and return laundry at hotels, apartments and private homes across the city. The fee runs from 30,000 to 150,000 VND depending on distance — closer to the centre, lower.

Before you hand it over

Two minutes here saves a lot of trouble later:

• Empty your pockets. Room keys, key cards, cash, documents. This is the most commonly forgotten one, and wet documents are beyond saving.
• Watch for anything that bleeds. New clothes, hand-dyed items, dark towels, jeans on their first wash. Since the price is for one mixed load, if you say nothing they go in with your whites. To be safe, ask for a separate load at drop-off.
• Stubborn stains. Oil, ink, red wine, sunscreen — we only run a normal machine wash with no spot treatment, so do not expect them to come out completely.
• Wool, silk and sequinned items should be kept aside and pointed out. They cannot go into a normal wash and dry load.
• Check the care label on expensive pieces. If it says dry clean only, bring it in so staff can look at it in person.

Frequently asked questions

Are you open on Sundays?

Yes. The shop is open 07:00–22:00 every day, weekends and public holidays included.

Will my laundry be mixed with someone else’s?

No. Each order is its own load, never mixed with another customer’s, and folded and packed separately. Within a single order, though, whites and colours do go in together unless you ask us to split them — that costs extra.

I am at a hotel — do I have to come down for it?

Usually yes. Our driver is not allowed up to rooms, so we leave it at reception if the hotel agrees, or meet you in the lobby.

Do I get a receipt?

Yes. When you drop laundry at the shop we print one on the spot showing the weight, the service and the amount. You can also track your order on the website.

What if something is damaged or goes missing?

Tell us when you collect it so we can check the cameras. After 24 hours from handover we no longer process missing-item claims. So for anything valuable, point it out to staff rather than putting it in a normal order.

Do you wash curtains, blankets and bedding?

Yes. Also charged by weight but at different rates — bed sheets 20,000 VND/kg, curtains 25,000 VND/kg, blankets 30,000 VND/kg — with a 60,000 VND minimum per order. Thick blankets and large curtains need a long dry, so they usually come back the same day or the next rather than within 2–4 hours.

Do you handle linen for spas or restaurants?
