Your laundry runs as its own load, never mixed with another customer's, then it is folded and packed.
4. We deliver
Delivered to the agreed place at the agreed time. If you are at a hotel, our driver leaves it at reception or meets you in the lobby — we are not allowed up to rooms.

2H Laundry handles seven kinds of work: wash & dry by weight, ironing, sneaker cleaning, dry cleaning, bedding and curtains, soft toys, and linen for spas and restaurants.
Wash & dry by weight
Our main service and most of what we do. Hand over the whole bag, come back at the agreed time and collect it clean and folded.
Ironing
For shirts, trousers, dresses and office clothes that need to look pressed. Send them on their own if they are already clean, or add ironing to a wash order for the pieces that need it.
Sneaker cleaning
Canvas shoes, trainers and sneakers, cleaned by hand on the sole and upper. Bring leather, suede and glued shoes in so staff can look at them first.
Dry cleaning
For suits, jackets and anything that needs to keep its shape. For valuable pieces or unusual fabrics, bring them in and decide after staff have seen them.
Bedding and curtains
Heavy items need a different wash and dry cycle, so they have their own rates with a 60,000 VND minimum per order. Thick blankets and large curtains usually come back the same day or the next.
Soft toys
Teddy bears and stuffed animals, priced by size. Bring in anything with electronics inside or glued-on plastic eyes so we can check it first.
