Where the name 2H comes from

2H means two hours — the fastest we manage for a bag of laundry.

We would rather be clear about this upfront, because it is the question we get most: two hours is not always achievable. Under 5 kg, brought to the shop, at a quiet hour — that is usually two hours. In the evening, at weekends, or in peak tourist season, the machines run non-stop and the real figure is three to four.

We would rather give you the real number than promise two hours on every order and leave you waiting. Staff always name an exact time when they take your bag. If you have a flight or a checkout to make, say so — we move you up the queue, and if we cannot make it we say so rather than taking the job anyway.

Every customer gets their own load

This is something we have kept from the start: your laundry is washed and dried as its own load, never mixed with another customer’s.

Plenty of places combine several customers into one load to save water and time. We do not. That is also why we price by weight tier rather than per item — each order is its own load.

One thing worth spelling out so there is no misunderstanding: within a single order, whites and colours still go in together. If you want them separated, tell us at drop-off — that costs extra.

What we take

Wash & dry by weight is the main service. Beyond that: ironing by the piece, sneaker cleaning, soft toys, dry cleaning for suits and jackets, and curtains and bedding on their own rates.

We collect and deliver at hotels, apartments and private homes across the city, for 30,000 to 150,000 VND depending on distance.
