How to find us
If you are in the backpacker area around Nguyen Thien Thuat and Biet Thu, head out to Hung Vuong street and walk towards the Main Square. The shop sits at the Hung Vuong / Nguyen Thi Minh Khai junction.
If you are along Tran Phu beach, turn into Nguyen Thi Minh Khai. The shop is near the Main Square end of the street.
The easiest landmark is the Panorama building — we are right beside it. Tap the map above to open Google Maps directions.
Call or message
+84 812 397 666 — the same number works on Zalo, WhatsApp and Kakao. Messaging is usually faster than calling, and you can send a photo of anything you want priced.
+84 258 3810 888 — the shop landline, during opening hours.
For a quote on something unusual — a large soft toy, leather shoes, a thick blanket — sending a photo on WhatsApp is fastest. Full rates are on the Nha Trang laundry price list.
Cannot get to the shop?
We collect and return laundry at hotels, apartments and private homes across the city. The fee runs from 30,000 to 150,000 VND depending on distance, quoted when we confirm your order.
One thing to know if you are staying at a hotel: our driver is not allowed up to rooms. We leave it at reception if the hotel agrees, or meet you in the lobby.
Book by messaging +84 812 397 666 or filling in the form on the pickup and delivery page.
The areas we cover and how long we take to reach each one are on laundry near you in Nha Trang, by area.
Before you come
A few things worth knowing so you do not make the trip twice:
- Under 5 kg, dropped off on a weekday morning, is usually ready in about two hours. Evenings and weekends are busier, closer to three or four. Staff give you the exact time when they take your bag.
- If you have a deadline — a flight, a checkout — say so at drop-off and we move your order up the queue.
- Valuable pieces or unusual fabrics are better brought in so staff can look at them, rather than sent through pickup.
- There are no self-service machines here, and barely any in Nha Trang at all. You drop laundry off by weight and collect it folded.
Each service and how long it takes is set out on the services page.
Questions people ask at the counter
Do I need to book ahead?
No. Just bring your laundry in during opening hours. Only pickup orders need booking, so we can schedule a driver.
When do I pay?
Up to you — when you drop it off, or when you come back for it. We print a receipt showing the weight, the service and the amount.
I do not speak Vietnamese — is that a problem?
Not at all. Write in English, Russian, Korean or whatever you are comfortable with — we reply in English. WhatsApp or Kakao works best, because you can attach a photo of the item.
How long do you hold finished laundry?
We keep it for 30 days. You can travel on and pick it up when you are back in Nha Trang — just keep the receipt, or message us the phone number you used.
